Integrity
Both as a team and with our customers we are open and honest. We keep our promises. If we say we will do something, we do it on time; if we say we won’t do something, we don’t do it, regardless of pressures or circumstances.
We are not just process-oriented, but more result-oriented with processes. We don’t do things for their own sake but to achieve a set goal. We take the first step, we are pro-active, we do not delay and do not blame each other, we are open-minded, creative and look for solutions outside of our accumulated experience.

Less is more. You can’t do them all well. We know how to prioritize and not be lured by the illusion of new opportunities that may make it difficult to achieve our promises or goals. We keep things simple so that they are easy to understand and manage.
